OUR WATER SUPPLY
This all comes from our own well. We are committed to installing the technology which will recycle this water, substantially reducing our extraction from the aquifers.
Our Maltings was designed to work with ambient temperatures. The architecture clearly shuns Victorian grandeur for processing efficiency at every stage.
Our new gas fired Weishaupt kiln is the most efficient available to the U.K. malting industry. This unique combination of old and new technology underscores our sustainability.
