Caragold

– Very low colour malt. Adds malty, fruity and
toffee notes. Increases body/fullness and
gives a rounder, softer mouthfeel.

– Adjunct for Lager.

– Sweeter, giving more caramel notes than standard crystal, but giving no roasted nutty flavours. Greatly increases retention/body.
