Andy Gardener joined the Warminster Maltstars in early March as a Laboratory Technician. With extensive experience in food manufacture and product safety he is responsible for all routine grain and malt analysis and is supporting Dr Rob Kennedy with quality assurance. He’s looking forward to meeting customers when they visit the maltings and learning the new methods of analysis that are currently being introduced into the laboratory routine as new products are being introduced.
